Monument Park is a 9-acre landscaped park in Lehi, Utah that features play equipment, a pavilion, parking lot, paths, and open space, etc. This project required the complete demolition of the existing park components. The site was graded and a new asphalt trail, pathways, sidewalks, curbing, and ADA ramps were installed. A new 4” PI service, vault, and irrigation system were constructed. Landscaping included trees, shrubs, plants, sod, mulch, etc. A new 30’ x 30’ pavilion was ordered and installed. The playground, playground safety surfacing, and a new baseball/softball backstop were scheduled, coordinated, and installed and the existing turf grass was renovated. This park was completed in June 2022.
