This pre-engineered metal building was completed in May of 2020 in West Jordan, Utah for storage of maintenance vehicles and equipment. There are clerestory windows on the south side for natural light. There are 5 overhead doors ranging from 10’ tall to 16’ tall to allow vehicles to drive through the building . The interior has LED lighting and propane fired unit heaters. The exterior has a stormwater detention basin to make the site self-contained for stormwater. Asphalt surrounds the site except the north side of the building which has some trees for landscaping near the detention basin.
