VDC self preformed all earth work, underground utilities, roads, sidewalks curbs and gutters, parking lots, footings, foundations, floors, rough and finish carpentry, doors, and hardware on the manufacturing / processing plant along with the cooler facility addition. Due to the efficiency of the project, the WD Co-Op asked VDC to also build the Truck Maintenance facility along with office. This project was constructed in Layton, Utah.
